Terms of Service

VIN Report Finder provides an automated public-web search service. A purchase pays for our discovery of a link associated with the submitted VIN; it does not purchase, create, reproduce, or transfer ownership of the underlying vehicle-history report.

We do not guarantee that a report exists, remains available, is complete, or is accurate. A report link may be changed or withdrawn by its third-party provider at any time.

You are charged $3.99 only after we locate an exact public history-report link and you choose to complete Stripe Checkout. After successful payment, the result page reveals the original third-party link.

If you supply an exact CARFAX history-report URL yourself, the service returns that same link without payment or Checkout.

If the provided report link does not open, contact support within 24 hours of purchase. After confirming the failure, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

We do not own, operate, or control third-party report providers or dealer websites. Vehicle-history information can contain errors, omissions, or stale data. Independently inspect the vehicle and verify material information before making a purchase decision.

You may use the service for individual vehicle-shopping research. Bulk, automated, abusive, unlawful, or security-testing use is prohibited. We may restrict access that threatens the service or third parties.

VIN Report Finder is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CARFAX, Inc. CARFAX® and all other third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance describes potential third-party sources and does not imply sponsorship.

The service is provided as available without guarantees about discovery results or third-party content. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
