This Privacy Policy explains how ZENBLOCK Ultra ("the app," "we," "us," or "our") handles information. ZENBLOCK Ultra is a free content blocker made by Nana Annor Asante that helps you reduce distracting websites — with no ads and no paywall.

On the App Store, ZENBLOCK Ultra's privacy label is listed as Data Not Collected. This policy describes what that means and how the blocker handles your settings.

ZENBLOCK Ultra does not require an account and is not designed to collect personal information, browsing history, or analytics.

• No browsing history is collected, logged, or transmitted.
• No advertising identifiers, analytics profiles, or third-party tracking SDKs are used.

Your blocking settings — including your blocklists, any custom blocked sites, your whitelist choices, and related preferences — are stored locally on your device so the blocker can apply them.

ZENBLOCK Ultra works by providing a list of blocking rules to Apple's Safari Content Blocker system. Safari applies those rules on your device. Because of how Safari content blockers are designed, the app does not see, record, or transmit the specific pages you visit or your browsing history; it simply supplies the rules that tell Safari what to block.

Your locally stored rules and preferences are used only to power the blocker on your device. They are not used for advertising, profiling, or tracking.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information, because the app does not collect any. Using ZENBLOCK Ultra does not require selling or sharing your information with third parties.

Your blocking settings remain on your device for as long as the app is installed and are removed when you delete the app.

Because your settings stay on your device, they are protected by your device's own security. We do not operate servers that store your personal information.

You are in control of your blocklists and whitelist and can edit or clear them at any time in the app. Deleting the app removes its local settings from your device.

ZENBLOCK Ultra is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Downloads and updates are handled by Apple through the App Store under Apple's own privacy policy.
