Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your download, installation, and use of AgentLens. By installing or using AgentLens, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the extension.

If you use AgentLens on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AgentLens for lawful personal or internal business purposes on devices you own or control.

AgentLens is licensed, not sold. Your use is also subject to applicable Chrome Web Store and browser terms.

You may use AgentLens only in compliance with applicable law and with any rights, permissions, contracts, or policies that govern the webpages, PDFs, devices, and networks you inspect.

• Do not use AgentLens to access content you are not authorized to access.
• Do not use AgentLens to violate privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, computer-misuse, or other legal rights.
• Do not interfere with the extension, the Chrome Web Store, a website, or another person's device or network.
• Do not remove ownership notices, misrepresent AgentLens reports, or offer the extension as your own service without permission.

AgentLens analyzes content that you choose to scan. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and handling of that content is authorized.

Scan results, risk labels, evidence excerpts, limitations, and actions such as Reveal, Strip, or Allow in copy are informational tools. You remain responsible for reviewing the context and deciding how to use or share any result or export.

AgentLens may fail to identify harmful instructions, may flag benign content, or may be limited by browser behavior, page structure, encryption, permissions, or changes to websites and document formats.

Webpages, PDFs, browsers, the Chrome Web Store, and the hosts from which you retrieve content are provided by third parties and remain subject to their own terms and privacy practices. AgentLens does not control or endorse third-party content and is not responsible for its availability, accuracy, legality, or security.

AgentLens, including its software, interface, branding, bundled rules, and documentation, is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You retain any rights you have in rules, reports, or other material you create. Scanned source content remains owned by its respective rights holders.

AgentLens may be updated to improve functionality, security, compatibility, or legal compliance. Features may change or be discontinued, and the extension may not work with every webpage, PDF, browser version, device, or site configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentLens is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, security, or uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the AgentLens developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, business, or opportunity arising from or related to AgentLens.

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and even if the possibility of damage was known. They do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

You may stop using AgentLens at any time by uninstalling it. Your license ends automatically if you materially breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will survive.

These terms may be updated as AgentLens changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, when applicable, in the Chrome Web Store listing before they take effect. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
